Cozy apartment at a convenient location

A cozy apartment located in the city centre. Shopping, dining, commuting, all within short walking distance. Friendly staff, in particular David who helped us fixed the electric power supply after having tripped off twice. Very pleasant stay.

一家三口入住一連八晚，第一晚已發現樽裝護髮素用剩很少，第二天便通知前台，他竟然回答洗護用品及廁紙等用完需自行購買，他說這間不是一般的酒店，只提供一次性的 welcome pack! 床褥太軟，睡不好；第三晚開始睡沙發床，情況更差，整個人像向下傾斜⋯⋯ 住在市中心很方便，但每晚深夜都仍有群眾在街上吵鬧叫囂，星期五星期六晚更是沒完沒了的嘈吵，沒有一晚能安睡。 床頭燈及床邊堆積灰塵，很久沒有打掃。 雪櫃一打開便有異味⋯⋯ 餐枱表面沒有清潔，用布輕輕一抹就變黑了。 提供的碗碟竟然滿佈食物污跡，上次入住的住客使用後用布抹抹便放回碗櫃，酒店的清潔人員沒有重新清洗碗櫃內的用品⋯⋯ 這間一定是我住過最差的酒店

Only knock is the access. Very confusing checking in or even figuring out where to go. Also, sink didn’t drain and all the interior doors slammed behind you. Great location though.

Lovely little apartment in the centre of the city. The apartment is very basic and the bedrooms are small, but it's clean and staff are lovely. It has everything you need for a short stay in Liverpool. The only negative is that the sofa and chairs in the living room are very hard and incredibly uncomfortable - so not ideal if you want an evening in, or if you have children and are tied to the apartment in the evenings.

This was an incredible place to stay. It was so nice to have an apartment style hotel room for a reasonable price. It is centrally located so we could walk to most destinations we wanted to visit in Liverpool. It was also quiet and had an amazing view. The staff were very helpful anytime we needed anything. Great spot for a city break, everything's in walking distance. No accounting for those noisy birds squawking at all hours of the night, swooping into the echoey shopping precinct in search of food or a mate. Then there's the seagulls... Anyway, the apartment itself (on the first floor, which is actually three or four floors up from street level) was spotless, warm and well-equipped. Highly recommended, la!

I was looking forward to my trip to Liverpool and thought I’d enjoy my stay before I even arrived, but the time at Cove Paradise Street was even better than I expected. The apartment was clean and a perfect for me on my solo trip, but I’d definitely recommend it for couples as well (I also believe they have larger rooms for families). The location was great, with access to food and shopping and it easy to walk from the city center to other places I wanted to go or to find transportation to get further away. It took me over a decade of supporting Everton to make the trip to Liverpool, so I’m hoping it won’t be that long again. When I return, I’ll be checking in on Cove Paradise as a place to stay again.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s right in the shopping area. Everything is in walking distance. It’s very clean inside, all of the amenities made me feel as though I was at home. Modern apartment. The staff were really nice, specifically Jack. Parking was very convenient, I never actually needed my car as we walked everytwjere. I will always stay here whenever I come to Liverpool. I would highly recommend this place.

Had a great experience staying at Cove! The location is perfect, right in a shopping area with plenty of food outlets, making it super convenient. The apartments on the 6th floor were quiet and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat despite being in a busy area. We absolutely loved his brilliantly located apartment. The staff were lovely and very responsive. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. You hardly heard any noise at all, especially considering you were right bang in the city centre.
