I picked this apartment because the listing said that it had limited on site parking which is one of the two requirements I was looking for when booking. In the confirmation booking email they said there was no onsite parking and recommended Q Park. So I used the link that was provided and booked through Q park only to discover later on when checking in that there was actually a closer car park. Other than the car parking we had a nice stay and...

「The room was great value for our stay. We stayed as an extended family, which included 4 children. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were responsive and helpful when needed. We stayed on a Monday, so outdoor noise was lower, but I could hear some outdoor traffic and chatter which did wake me. This was nothing that the provided ear plugs wouldn't have prevented. I would stay again. 」

「The communication on checking in was an absolute nightmare. It took us over 2 hrs to eventually speak to someone after calling, emailing and txting the no. Provided. Having my 2 small children with me and finally getting into our room at 10.30pm was very stressful.」
