Second time I have stayed in this hotel. It’s situated next door to Liverpool Lime Street station, roughly a two minute walk, and Liverpool One is a five minute walk away. The staff on the reception couldn’t be any more helpful. The rooms are spotless. We will definitely be staying here again.

Room was good. Breakfast service and amount Of food available was poor. Was told more would be put out but none arrived. Very disappointed. Everything else was good.
