“It’s a bad service in the front of desk….”

“Only complaint room was hot but better than being cold very nice stay will be back”

“I got to see epic barca vs inter in the room live. Great Close to train station. Downsides: u will hear the loud train announcements( but i don't find annoying) If you are hungry to walk to 24hr Mcdonald. The restaurant is quite busy at night. Don't have chance to try Overall good.”

“Clean and tidy overall. Staff are attentive and professional. However, rooms facing the carpark were noisy overnight. I need asking for changing my room to the other side of the hotel.”

“Nice bed, pillow and breakfast. Few minutes drive to the outlet. Good place to stay.”

“No good and bad service”

“We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.”

“員工非常有禮，位置可以說好，附近有很多大商場和餐廳，非常熱鬧，步行到火車或巴士站只需5至10分鐘；我住的房間很大但有少少舊，但房價合理；另外酒店大堂稍细。”
