酒店設施殘舊，向海房間勝在景觀一流，距離市中心要行十五分鍾亦不方便！

酒店2点入住，我们提早到了，准备先出去逛逛再回来，老板娘很友好，特地追出来把我们叫回办理入住。房间很大而且干净，正对湖景超赞。唯一的遗憾就是没有厨房！

Earnslaw Lodge
我们住一楼湖景房，窗外就是湖景。如果住二、三楼会更美。房间宽敞，设备齐全，有电饭锅。炉子一开始有问题，通知工作人员后第二天修好了。 工作人员很友善，有问题问他们都会耐心回答。我的ipad退房时漏在房间，也要感谢他们帮我保管等我回来拿。 我们订房时就预付了房费，但旅馆的老先生没搞清楚，差点再收一次，因此提醒各位预付的朋友，记得和旅馆沟通清楚。

酒店位置離市中心車程約5分鐘 十分方便 如選擇湖景房 景色令你透不過氣來 我們預先通知要晚上九時後才到酒店 老闆娘友善細心 除等候我們外 還把房間䁔爐預先開啓 房間很大 整潔 只可惜免費wifi只得30分鐘 但如果我們再到Queenstown一定會再選擇這酒店

地點距離市中心約15分鐘路程，尚算方便。 但有上落斜坡路段，回酒店時要留意。 另僅記預計時要求有湖境房間，另一邊是面對馬路的，觀境落差很大！

Older building, but large room with everything I needed. Great to have parking. Though during my stay there was road works right out front, so not always easy to turn into the driveway if on the wrong side of the road. 15 minute walk into town

It’s a very centric small hotel. Our rooms were very clean, and exceded all expectations. Honestly, after being away from home for several weeks staying here felt closely familiar to staying home.

The rubbish bin in our living room and bathroom didn’t get emptied every day. So basically you came back to your room with yesterday’s rubbish still sitting in the bin and you can still see the bread crumbs on the carpet from the breakfast as no one vacuum the room neither. Stayed there for 3 nights & will never choose this place again.
