Kia Ora and welcome to our beautiful, fully renovated (Dec 2018) home. It is perfectly located for fabulous views of The Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu and an easy 8-10 minute walk to town, where you will find wonderful restaurants, activities and shops.

The Space:

This charming home offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a holiday retreat.



The living room features a high ceiling, a cozy gas fireplace, and a super comfy sofa, making it the ideal spot to relax. Lounge in the twin luxury reclining leather chairs while you gaze at the fantastic mountain and lake views. Enjoy entertainment on the big screen internet TV and unwind in one of the three lovely bedrooms, providing a restful night's sleep.



Or entertain out on the large deck while you soak up the sun or wonder up at the stars. The outdoor furniture features a wonderful large circular dining table with captains chairs and a lazy Susan for fantastic meals and celebrations. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need.



Laundry is a breeze with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience. While air conditioning ensures a comfortable climate year-round.



There is ample parking for two cars.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.



Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties.



A maximum of 6 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.



Amenities include: Internet connected 50 inch tv, microwave, gas fireplace, gas stove cooktop, gas hot water, washing machine, clothes dryer, air conditioning, car parking for two cars, crockery, cutlery, ironing board and clothes iron, towels, toaster, coffee plungers, high quality bed linens, children’s high chair, toddler’s potty, infant cot, some children’s games and toys.

The Neighborhood:

The neighbourhood is wonderful. Off our street are the Ben Lomond hiking and walking tracks, as well as the Queenstown downhill mountain biking tracks.



The famous Gondola is just an 8 minute walk.



The lakeshore walking track is just down the road and the views from our house of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountains are sensational!

Our house is walking distance into town, the restaurants, the Gondola, the hiking trails, shops and the famous Queenstown activities!
