Set high above the shores of Lake Wakatipu, Remarkables Retreat 10 is a comfortable and well-located holiday home offering lovely lake and mountain views. Practical, welcoming, and easy to enjoy, it’s an ideal lock-up-and-leave base for exploring Queenstown without the fuss. The home features a newly completed balcony (December 2025), perfect for soaking up the views and fresh alpine air.
Set over three levels, the home makes excellent use of its elevated position to capture the surrounding scenery.
You enter the property on the main (upper) level, where you’ll find the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. This is the heart of the home and is positioned to make the most of the outlook and natural light, with large windows framing the lake and mountain backdrop. Step out onto the balcony from the dining area to enjoy your morning coffee or a relaxed meal outdoors.
Stairs lead down to the middle level, which is home to two bedrooms, the family bathroom(s), and the laundry — a practical and well-laid-out sleeping zone for families or groups.
Continue down to the lower level, where you’ll find the third bedroom and the internal-access garage. This level also provides convenient space for luggage, bikes, or ski gear, and includes parking for one small to medium vehicle, with an additional outdoor park nearby.
After a day exploring Queenstown, skiing, or walking the nearby trails, unwind back upstairs in the comfortable living area and enjoy the ever-changing lake and mountain views.
Please note: During the winter months, an AWD or 4WD vehicle is essential to safely access the complex driveways.

Easy access to amenities such as the airport and Queenstown’s Remarkables Park shopping precinct, Remarkables Retreat is also only a 5 to 10-minute drive (or bus trip) to downtown Queenstown. Adjacent to Queenstown’s marina and popular Frankton walking/cycling track so you can opt to stroll into downtown if a comfortable walk in the fresh air beckons.

There are Uber, taxi and bus options in and around Queenstown.
