The Space:
Our brand new architecturally designed 4-bedroom villa has been created to make the most of Queenstown’s stunning lake and mountain scenery while offering generous space for families or groups to relax in comfort.
The master bedroom sits on the top level and features a walk-in wardrobe, private ensuite, and wall-mounted TV.

One level down is the main living area, where an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge are framed by floor-to-ceiling glass sliders that open completely to the view beyond. Step onto the private balcony, furnished with modern outdoor seating, and enjoy morning coffee or evening wine with a spectacular backdrop. Inside, a curved corner sofa invites you to unwind by the Escea gas fireplace and large TV.

The lower level has three additional bedrooms, all with king beds (two of which can be split into singles). Two bathrooms are located here — one ensuite and one shared — both featuring double vanities and underfloor heating for an extra touch of luxury. Ample wardrobe space in each room ensures comfort for both short and extended stays.

Easy self check-in is provided via a secure access code — sent to you before arrival — so you can settle in straight away. The well-stocked kitchen includes quality appliances, cookware, and complimentary coffee and tea.

Fresh premium linens and towels are provided for your stay, with mid-stay housekeeping available by prior arrangement.
