“The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is modern and clean as displayed in the picture. A bit of issue is that the parking outside is very limited (open for holiday inn guests) despite we’ve paid for the parking (NZ$15/night) the parking is always full and we need to go in to reception desk to ask the stuff to open the basement and use the staff parking over there. I believe the hotel should control the number of parking permits issued to guests so to make sure this won’t happen……

“Good value and nothing to complain at all. Very new hotel and clean. The location is convenient and near to airport and nearby shopping mall with super market n restaurants. Should definite come back in my next visit. The only drawback is limited car park. We had to park our car along the road outside the hotel which was dead end but got a fine ticket next morning. ”

“The property was kept at a clean and tidy condition. Less than 20-minute's drive to/from the airport and to/from the towncenter of Queenstown. There were excellent views from the lounge and bedrooms.
The property must be accessed through an outdoor staircase of steel structure of about two storeys high from the carpark space. This requires additional efforts to take in/out large bagages.
The property is highly recommended.”

“The place wasn’t clean at all. Couch’s and rugs needed cleaning. No dish towels, not enough toilet paper, no way to communicate to the property owners other than through Expedia, They gave.us one lousy key. If we had lost that keys it would have been days before we got back in. Soap containers in the shower were half full. Ran out of towels and at least they gave us more. Two days no gas. Gas was turned off. No hot showers. No hot anything. Owner didn’t even mention a credit or discount……
