Nice spot for a quick layover, clean, functional, and nice dining options, although you have to drive there. However, since it’s close to the highway it’s noisy unfortunately. You hear the trucks and cars. Poor sound insulation. Again, ok for a night.

Bom, mas está ao lado da rodovia

Atendimento é bom, quarto espaçoso, bom chuveiro e cama confortável. Para quem tem sono leve, saiba que o hotel esta na beira da rodovia e o barulho é intenso. Café da manhã é no posto Graal e tem muitas opcões.

Meu quarto parecia que o caminhão estava passando dentro, havia uma barata durante a noite no quarto, e não haviam trocado a toalha nem arrumado o quarto. Fora o cheiro de cachorro no corredor, mas quando vi não era somente 1 cachorrinho, e sim vários.

Superou a expectativa

Experiência ideal. Ótimos atendentes. Quartos limpos. Chuveiro muito bom. Preço adequado. Café fica a 800 m do Grall Estrelas. O café da manhã dentro do Grall foi excelente. Cheguei no hotel cansado e pedimos lanche no Grall e a equipe do Grall trouxe o lanche ainda de carro. Na frente da recepção tem uma área de convivência bem ajeitada. Enfim, excelente. Superou minha expectativa. Obrigado equipe do hotel e do Grall Estrela.

Bom custo vs. benefício

O hotel é simples, porém atende as necessidades. O café da manhã é o ponto alto da estadia, pois é no próprio Graal, e podemos pegar o que quisermos, desde que não tenha Qrcode. O colchão estava bem duro, o que não proporcionou a melhor noite de sono. O chuveiro era bom. O quarto é espaçoso, suficiente para algumas noites com a família.

Viagens a trabalho na região de Resende.

O hotel fica muito bem localizado, às margens da Dutra, com acesso muito fácil dos dois lados da pista. As dependências não tem luxo, mas são confortáveis e limpas. Excelente para viagens a trabalho na região, para quem quer fugir do pedágio de Itatiaia. O valor das diárias e bem justo. O destaque fica para o café da manhã. Incluso na diária, ou pago a parte ( R$24,00 por pessoa) da acesso livre ao buffet de café da manhã do Graal, que é simplesmente sensacional! O único ponto negativo é que o hotel tem um horário muito restrito de check in, e nunca atendem o telefone. Talvez precisem atualizar o número no site. Mas embora demorem um pouco, acabam respondendo no whatsapp.
