We were super impressed with how unique an experience we had!! Every detail in the hotel & restaurant was so well thought out, from beautiful artistic touches in the rooms, to the creative and delicious menu, to the papaya trees towering overhead to create an oasis of tranquility. The good: clean, decent breakfast (manager accommodated my early breakfast request to fit my early tour schedule by having the kitchen making a simple sandwich for me the night before) The not-so-good: no frig (so cannot keep food cool/cold in your room - the only one out of the 4 hotels that I stayed in Costa Rica that doesn't have even a mini frig in the room); paper-thin walls (next door guests were singing loudly past 10:30 pm. No "quiet hours" posted, and no management on-site to deal with any unruly guests after 10 pm.)

A little pricey compared to other hotels in area. Good food options at the restaurant. Coffee was okay. The rooms don’t feel suoer private due to the layout of the hotel. The starf was very friendly and the hotel manager/front desk were very kind and helpful. Everything felt new and clean.

Beautiful place!….quiet, boutique hotel- spotless, new rooms, very comfy bed, welcoming staff, amazing food (breakfast and dinner)- would recommend to anyone coming to the area. You can avoid the crowds in manuel Antonio and stay here and take the $1 bus to manuel Antonio beaches (or taxi $10)

Outstanding service - the hotel was attentive, friendly, and meticulously clean. The cafe had great food. Breakfast was included. Nice rooms and bathrooms. Beautiful murals on the walls. Definitely would visit again!

Great little hotel housed next to a coffee roastery. Room was pretty cool, with nice bathroom and bedroom, and all amenities (aircon and fan also). Coffee and breakfast were good and there's also a little shop next to reception (where you can buy coffee, souvenirs, and - more importantly - their great caramelized cocoa beans! We didn't eat at the restaurant (apart from the included breakfast), but the menu looked nice also!

Can’t really complain about anything here. The room was super clean and housekeeping was done every morning. The food at the hotel is so tasty, as well as the coffee of course. The best part is the staff who are all so friendly and attentive, Melina especially. She is so nice and helped me organise so many parts of my trip, even walking with me to the bus station to find my bus to Uvita. Thank you Melina!

Stayed here 3 nights and it was excellent. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Their cafe had some really delicious treats and good coffee. All the employees were so wonderful. I recommend staying here if you are coming to the area.

Het was een prima verblijf met ontzettend aardig personeel en een restaurant met verse en smaakvolle gerechten. Het bed was perfect, de kamer was groot genoeg. Enige minpuntjes waren de douche, die iets warmer had gemogen. Badkamer was klein en kon maar 1 persoon op. Het jammere is dat dit hotel in een mindere buurt ligt. Het bijzondere is wel dat de koffiebranderij intact is en hier excursies aangeboden worden
