IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY: For last minute reservations over the next 60 days, maid service will be provided every other day, additional services can be arranged for an extra charge of $25 per day (Ask your host to schedule and for details). There is no guest access to laundry facilities at the villa the maid will do the laundry. A $400-500 cash deposit (depending on the size of your group) will be required at check in to cover any damage or missing items, this deposit is 100% refundable, provided that there are no damages within the property.

This beautiful villa has multiple levels with large balconies offering panoramic views of the rain forest, surrounding mountains and distant ocean view. Enjoy the private location but you can be catching rays at the beach or shopping in less than 10 minutes.

All 6 bedrooms are air-conditioned and the common areas open up to cool mountain breezes with large glass accordion doors and multiple ceiling fans. A modern large kitchen has all new appliances and a convenient breakfast bar adds seating for dining or morning coffee. The dining room table seats 10 and even more space for dining is available on a balcony just off the kitchen and at the kitchen bar/island. The main level features an air-conditioned game room with a pool table and a large screen TV. The massive living room has a large screen TV and a huge u-shaped sectional for relaxing at night after enjoying a fun day at the beach, zip lining, or white water rafting. The private pool has a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and jungle. See many varieties of wildlife including 3 types of monkeys, sloths, raccoons, and agoutis that live in the surrounding jungle. Bird watching here is fantastic, with several types of toucans, parrots, hawks, scarlet macaws, and wild turkeys seen daily.

This large villa offers the ultimate Manuel Antonio vacation for families or large groups. A private chef can be booked to prepare delicious gourmet meals right in the villa so all you do is relax and enjoy your stay. Our guest services team will assist you in booking any of the many fun and adventurous activities available in the area prior to your trip, your transportation to and from the villa, and will be on call throughout your stay for anything you might need. Daily maid service (except Sunday) is also provided at this deluxe rental home. Please note that even though this is a 6-bedroom villa it can be rented as a private 4 or 5 bedroom, always private just for your group, never shared with strangers. It is your choice of which bedrooms you use if not renting all 6 bedrooms, the ones not chosen will remian locked and empty.
