Overall, the property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The wildlife was a highlight of the stay. We saw monkeys, a sloth, lizards and many different types of birds, which made the experience feel especially unique. The hotel itself was peaceful and never felt overly crowded, which was a major plus. The main drawback was the service, which was consistently slow throughout the stay. From check-in to being seated and served at lunch and dinner, there were noticeable delays. At the wet bar, I waited about 15 minutes before the bartender was able to take my order. It did not seem to be a reflection of the staff themselves, but rather that the property appeared understaffed, especially at the restaurants and bars. Checkout was similar, with only one person at the front desk managing both phone calls and guest departures. The food and drinks were very good and clearly well prepared, though they felt overpriced given the level of service. Overall, the property itself was lovely and the setting was memorable, but the staffing and service experience did not quite match the price point. Note: If you plan to drive, be extremely careful as there were a lot of cars parked on the side of the road by beach goers, making it narrow and dangerous with oncoming vehicles.

Amazing resort with great views, delicious buffet breakfast, several pool options, gaming room, mini golf and so much more! They also provided local transportation to places like Manual Antonio park, etc.. Dinner and drink menus I think were a little over priced but the food was good! The best part was the monkey that visited our balcony (tropical room) each morning and evening! Overall, I would easily stay here again.

Really enjoyed our family stay at this beautiful resort amongst Manuel Antonio's famous wildlife. We spotted monkeys, iguanas, sloths and many colourful birds right from the grounds, which the kids absolutely loved. Lots to keep a family of five happy. The multiple pools were large and clean, breakfast was amazing, and the free shuttle to Manuel Antonio town and the beach made getting around really easy. Staff were lovely throughout, rooms were comfortable and cool (a must in the April weather!), and it was always nice to come back to the resort after a busy (and hot) day out exploring. Highly recommend a stay at this unforgettable spot!

Beautiful property, like staying in amongst the rainforest. We took the night hike (extra$) and saw some cool stuff. The larger pools are family pools with 2 smaller ones for adults only. Food at the bar is expensive ($27 USD for a club sandwich) . They do 1 hour happy hour each night. Overall, the setting and resident sloths make it special.

Parador Nature Resort in Costa Rica exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with refreshing juice and seamless check-in service. The spacious rooms, stellar service, and willingness to accommodate any request set the tone for an exceptional stay. The property itself is expansive and beautiful, featuring multiple pools with stunning ocean views—my son particularly loved the pool overlooking the water. We spotted capuchin monkeys and sloths throughout the grounds, with a massive mango tree becoming an unexpected highlight. The resort offers excellent recreational activities, including mini golf, table tennis, and pool in their game room. The dining was exceptional, with genuinely impressive vegetarian options at breakfast, lunch, and dinner—something rarely found at other properties in Costa Rica. We also enjoyed a wonderful hike along the monkey trail within the resort grounds. We treated ourselves to a couples massage, which was pricey but absolutely worth it given the serene setting and exceptional service—the welcoming staff made us feel so valued that we happily invested in the experience. The staff deserves special mention for their outstanding service and genuine commitment to accommodating every guest. I highly recommend Parador Nature Resort for anyone seeking a nature-focused, family-friendly Costa Rican getaway.

The resort is paradise. We stayed in the Vista Suite overlooking the ocean. We saw many animals from our private terrace including daily morning sightings of the Capuchin monkeys frolicking by the swimming pool. On the grounds of the resort we saw macaws, variety of other parrots, sloths, and iguanas. The staff was incredible, very friendly and professional. The food in the restaurants was exceptional as was the service. Highly recommend this resort.
