A professional housekeeper is on-site Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, for routine cleaning, laundry, and property operations. Guests should expect staff presence during these hours. Privacy is always respected.

Restaurants, bars, cafes, and grocery stores are all within easy reach — giving guests the perfect balance of jungle seclusion and everyday convenience.
🏡 House Rules
1. Signed rental agreement with photo ID required within 24 hours of booking. Primary guest must be 25 or older. 2. All guests must be listed — no unregistered visitors.
3. Quiet hours strictly enforced: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
4. $500 security deposit hold required prior to check-in.
5. Always lock all doors and windows when leaving the villa.
6. No pets, smoking, loud music, events, parties, or commercial photography.
7. Guest verification through Truvi required before arrival.
8. Third-party travel insurance required for cancellations outside our cancellation policy.
9. Check-in: 3:00 PM — Check-out: 10:00 AM.
⚠️ Important Information
◉ Stairs: This home has three levels, with the kitchen and main living area on the top (third) floor. Multiple flights of stairs are required and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or difficulty climbing stairs.
◉ Air Conditioning: Bedrooms only. Keep bedroom doors closed when AC is running and turn off when room is unoccupied. Social areas are open-air by design.
◉ Security Cameras: Exterior cameras are on-site for your security. They do not cover the pool area.
◉ Power Outages: Occasional outages may occur during heavy rain—normal for Costa Rica. Emergency flashlights are provided throughout. Outages typically last a few minutes to a couple of hours.
◉ Cancellations: Third-party travel insurance is recommended to cover cancellations outside our cancellation policy.

Guests may encounter insects or local wildlife — monkeys, lizards, toucans, and birds — an authentic part of the Manuel Antonio experience. We take precautions to minimize any inconvenience, but wildlife encounters are part of what makes this destination truly special.
