While there were some positive aspects to my stay, there were a few significant drawbacks that impacted my overall impression. On the positive side, the property was quiet and, generally clean. However, I was disappointed to find that the ventilator in the ceiling was not properly cleaned, which detracted from the overall cleanliness of the room. Another issue I encountered was that the hotel charged for toilet paper. In my opinion, this is a basic necessity that should be included without limitation. Additionally, there was no hot water available for two of the four days I stayed. This was quite inconvenient and affected my comfort during the stay. Lastly, I felt misled by the fact that maid services were only included once every seven nights. This information was not clearly advertised in the room descriptions on the reservation platforms. I believe this should be clearly stated to manage guests' expectations. Overall, while there were some positives, these issues prevented me from having a completely satisfactory stay. With a few improvements, this hotel has the potential to offer a much better experience.

Main complaint was that this was listed as having A/C and it did not. It was extremely unbearable to sleep as it was muggy at night. We asked for another box fan to assist. The only reason we stayed was we loved the walkable location. I would only return if they add real A/C's to units. The price was good and we knew we would pay more since we would encounter weekend rates, so we decided to wait it out but it did not cool down.

Bed covers were either dirty or stained. Shower temperature was not steady and required constant adjustment otherwise one could get burned. Staff did not enforce the 10pm quiet time requirement. Parking is not enclosed and is very limited.

Excelente ubicación, los alrededores tienen lo básico y hay buenos lugares para comer, me hubiera gustado saber que a la entrada me pedirían un depósito de 500 en efectivo, la habitación limpia, cómoda y amplia, si había agua caliente, el estacionamiento es fuera del lugar pero tiene cámaras, lo demás excelente, gran atención del recepcionista Rosale, me volvería a hospedar.
