A good place to stay, I recommend

Modern building, room was clean, bed was comfortable, about a 5 minute drive to downtown. Not too many options for dining in area. Parking is free.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The best thing I could say us that they were and consistent with "no." No room service now because we are serving a luncheon. No coffee at 5:30 am because it starts at 6 No coffee from the machine in the lobby for the same reason No use of available 14oz cups because you have to pay for those, but go ahead and use four free 6oz cups, even though doing that costs the hotel twice as much. No use in reporting the Karaoka bar next door for noise at 1am because the police won't do anything anyway. (We suspect the hotel owner owns the Karaoka bar too) No, you can't charge coffee to your room because we failed to suggest you establish credit upon registration. No change to smaller money demominations at the front desk on a Saturday - and therefore we suspect the whole weekend because general cashiers would not be in until Monday? The only yes we got was from a hostess and waiter in the restuarant for milk for our free coffee. Money was never the point.
