The service was excellent! Leo treated us wonderfully, making our stay much more comfortable—his attention to detail was the best part of the hotel. The property is beautiful, with an amazing view and conveniently close to everything. Highly recommended!

El lugar está súper bonito, cerca de todo, no tiene estacionamiento pero afuera es muy seguro.
Las personas que nos atendieron súper mega amable.

El techo de la habitacion estaba con telaraña, no tiene estacionamiento . Y a las 5 de lamañana nos despertaron con este mensaje de whats: Chicos soy la muchacha del hotel, Les quería pedir de favor miren realmente está prohibido lo que realizamos si pueden salir ustedes y cerrar ustedes el zaguán cuando se retiren para no tener ningún problema.
Ya no pudimos dormir y luego nos dijeron que fue un error que era para otros huéspedes.

Para ocupar por primera vez el estacionamiento no había personal disponible para indicarnos dónde estaba y que nos.diera acceso.
Posteriormente hubo personal para dar acceso al estacionamiento de manera normal.

Pagamos más de lo que recibimos.
El hotel no califica para ser un hotel boutique, aunque Leo, el encargado fue súper amable. Hay muchos detalles que hacen que la experiencia no sea del todo cómoda. La ropa de cama no me gustó, los baños necesitan mantenimiento no hay restaurante, las toallas feas y de mala calidad. En fin, el precio no corresponde con el nivel del hotel. Se me hizo muy caro para la experiencia.

Agradable y buen servicio.
Buen servicio, amables. Fallo la chapa de la puerta del baño. El agua iba muy lento por el desagüe de la regadera.
Fuera de eso un lugar muy cómodo y agradable.
