I considered a lot of options in Bernal but I'm glad I chose this hotel. I felt very safe and cozy. The view of the monolith was unbeatable! The staff were welcoming and breakfast delicious outdoors. My room and the grounds were like a fairy tale!
We visited from the States, and we really enjoyed our stay! I loved that it was higher on the hill above the other hotels and had the perfect view of the Peña de Bernal. The staff was very helpful, and someone was always at the gate to make sure we could enter, whether we were driving in or walking in. Downtown was maybe a five-minute walk down the hill, which was perfect (but you need to be okay with walking up and down a hill on somewhat uneven roads). The wineries were only about 20 minutes away, which was where we visited for an entire afternoon. The breakfast was convenient and delicious as well- there was cereal, chilaquiles, eggs, yogurt, and fruit every morning. We would stay here again!

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The room I got had a great view of the monolith. However there were a lot of flies in the property which didn’t seem hygienic. The included breakfast does not have many options. Also they charge me twice, once for confirming the booking and second one when checking in. The booking one is cancelled on the spot however the refund does not happen immediately, it can take weeks so be prepared for that. Overall I feel the prices are not justified

Beautiful hotel, the room was very nice, clean and comfortable with wonderful views. Thank you
this property has a very nice location, but the service is terrible starting at the gate, lack of services as well as extremely poor food service, never received information about amenities or other services. The water for the shower is extremely hot or cold, not able to regulate. Pictures of the property are beautiful but once get there everything was deceiving.
Sure! Here’s a naturally worded, native-style review in English:

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The room didn’t have air conditioning, which made the stay really uncomfortable. The beds were of very poor quality—hard to sleep on—and the bedding felt cheap and worn out. They also didn’t provide basic amenities like body soap, which is really surprising for any hotel. To top it off, checkout was incredibly slow. They insisted on checking each room manually before letting guests leave, which felt disorganised and unnecessary. Definitely not worth the price.
Me encantó, definitivamente regreso!
