"I can’t speak more highly about this hotel. The views are breathtaking. The rooms are very clean. The grounds are very beautiful and well maintained. The ambiance is very peaceful and lively. The restaurant is superb and very convenient! Probably the best aspect of this hotel is the staff. Excellent customer service. I very much appreciated that many spoke English. Finally, it is reasonably located 35-40 minutes from SAL airport. I would literally fly back to El Salvador just to spend more time at this hotel. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond! "If you’re going there to get rest or just relax to just be aware they play music till 2 am everyday. Hardly got any sleep. There is no hot water. Also during the day the club is empty so the employees are just walking around starring at you when you’re in the pool. There is no beach access due to a bunch of rocks. On our last day there, they started playing music at 4:30 am and we can hear them talking loud. It was annoying and frustrating. "
