New south-facing seafront apartment (classified 3*) in a secure residence
In a luxury residence, "les 3 îles", the 38 m2 apartment is completely new and consists of a bedroom with sea views, a bathroom with walk-in shower, large closets to store all your personal belongings, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a living room facing the ocean. Its south-facing terrace, facing the sea, allows you, when the weather is fine, to take your meals outside while admiring the islands or simply to regain a taste for reading or resting.
The apartment has a wifi connection and Canal plus. Located 50 meters from the thalassotherapy institute, you can, if you wish, follow your treatment program in peace or do some à la carte treatments. The white sandy beaches are close (First opposite the residence) and accessible on foot. Its location allows you to do everything on foot or by bike leaving your car in its parking space.
There is also a stop (in front of the residence) of a Quib'us shuttle, running in summer which can move you throughout the peninsula.
Possibility to rent 2 superb fully equipped bikes on site "(see photos and inquire when booking)

Le bonheur absolu
Une localisation hors paire, à proximité du centre ville en vélo.
Côté nature tres apprécié tout comme la gentillesse des commerçants.

Schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss einer Apartment-Anlage und ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider hat das WLAN nur mäßig funktioniert und war nur früh am Vormittag wirklich nutzbar, da zu viele sich dort tagsüber einloggen. Véronique hat schnell versucht Abhilfe zu schaffen, indem sie einen eigenen Zugang legen lassen wollte. Dafür sind jedoch noch weitere kleine Umbaumaßnahmen nötig. Sie wird das aber bald gelöst haben.
Die Halbinsel Quiberon lädt zum Wandern, Baden, Flanieren auf der Uferpromenade ein. Auch für Wassersportler wird vieles geboten

Super localisation !
Appartement bien conçu et bien équipé, situé idéalement, face mer et au calme, un peu en retrait de la ville. Nous étions deux et les volumes des pièces nous on parfaitement convenu.
La propriétaire est très sympathique et très réactive à la moindre question !

Très belle prestation,studio très agréable , fait avec goût, propre, bien équipé, vue sur l’océan, emplacement idéal à côté du centre de thalasso et belles balades à pied où à vélo
Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été parfaits .Toutes les informations et indications nous sont parvenues en temps et en heure, rien n’a été laissé au hasard.

Endroit calme et paisible et reposant .
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Nous avons adoré l’endroit . La région est magnifique. Nous reviendrons certainement.
L’appartement est vraiment très agréable,fonctionnel et très bien situé (écarté du centre et donc très calme et paisible) et avec une magnifique vue .
Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et sympathiques même si nous n’avons malheureusement les rencontrer et Nous communiquions via Wathsapp .

Confort avec vue
Appartement super confortable, décoré avec goût et idéal pour un couple. La vue sur mer et l'accès directe à la promenade de la pointe du Conguel sont un réel plus.

Perfekt und sehr empfehlenswert
Die Wohnung ist modern gestaltet, schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Von der Wohnung und dem Balkon hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer und in den Garten. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet. Das Bad wurde sehr schön modernisiert. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Für den Weg in das Zentrum sind Fahrräder zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sympathisch und sehr entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung ist eine perfekte Unterkunft für eine schönen Urlaub in Quiberon.

Endroit magnifique

Das Appartement ist genau wie beschrieben. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist einfach herrlich. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlief stets reibungslos und unproblematisch. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und die Woche in Quiberon genossen.
