「Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce chalet pour les 30 ans de ma compagne. Un équipement complet pour 21, piscine+jacuzzi, un accueil chaleureux de Monsieur Loiseau qui n’hésite pas à répondre en cas de problème. Vue au top, localisation proche de la ville et des remontées. Un bémol toutefois sur l'impression qui ressort de l'aspect extérieur général du chalet, ainsi que du nombre de toilettes/douches et leur disposition.」

「The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it.」

「The location of the property is great for skiing- ( minute walk to the Canillo gondola. Restaurants and grocery nearby. The apartment was small but adequate for 4 people. Clean and warm. The property company was rather disorganized. We arrived to find that our assigned parking space was occupied. Then we were assigned a temporary spot which was also occupied. The apartment did not have enough utensils for 4 people (the official occupancy) and there was not enough hot water for 4 people to...

「In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars.
