J'ai réservé par Hôtel.com et très mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée. Pour avoir les clés, j'ai dû payer le double du prix de la réservation. Sur le contrat, je devais m'acquitter uniquement de la taxe de séjour. Après plusieurs heures, hôtel.com m'ont demandé de régler le supplément et m'ont assuré qu'ils allaient me rembourser, à ce jour soit pres de trois semaines et malgré mes relances, toujours pas de remboursement. Il devait y avoir une piscine, mais pas de piscine sur place. C'est dommage car la résidence est très bien et malgré ces problèmes nous avons passé un bon séjour. Si je n'ai pas mon remboursement très rapidement, je vais signaler ces pratiques douteuses à la répression des fraudes, j'ai aussi déposé une main courante à la gendarmerie le jour de notre arrivée.
