Located in the heart of Quimper, this apartment offers exceptional comfort of life, with a bakery, mini-market, bars and restaurants just a few metres away.
It is on the first floor (no lift) of a small, quiet building. Tastefully furnished and decorated, you will feel right at home.
The flat is located above a restaurant.
The nearest beaches are 20 minutes away by car.
This 87 square metre accommodation has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four occupants (+1 baby).
It has:
- Large living room with sofa, coffee table and video projector with TV stick for connecting to the application of your choice
- Open plan fitted and equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, espresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
- Utility room with refrigerator, washing machine and storage space.
- Master bedroom with queen-size double bed, dressing room and private shower room.
- Bedroom with double bed, storage space and office area.
- Shower room with toilet.
A private parking space is available in the courtyard of the building.
