「Absolutely spotless, gorgeous place with everything we needed and more. We felt very safe and completely comfortable throughout our stay. The beds were especially comfortable and the temperature was perfect, making it easy to relax and feel at home.Perfectly located for access to the T—about a 20-minute walk to the Red Line, and for the days we didn’t feel like walking, the town bus directly across the street made getting there effortless. Because of the convenient transit access, we didn’t need...

「Nice place.. very roomy... Clean and efficient!!! Highly recommend!!!!」

「Perfect stay for the night. Communication was great and property was clean and had everything we needed.」

「Everything is in excellent condition; it is comfortable and in an excellent location.」

「Newly appointed room was very clean and comfortable. Great location outside of Boston, 5 minute walk to the redline for easy access to downtown for sight seeing. Note that the bedroom, sitting area and small kitchen are open to each other, not separate rooms. I didn't look carefully enough at the photos to notice. That being said I would stay here again in the future.」

「Comfortable beds, large bedrooms, clean, and close to the beach and Boston!」

「JENNY, OUR AGENT WAS VERY ATTENTIVE. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS OTHER THAN THERE WERE NO TELEVISIONS IN EVERY BEDROOM. PERHAPS THAT SHOULD BE LISTED. MY TEENAGERS BROUGHT THERE GAMING SYSTEMS AND COULDN'T CONNECT TO A TV, EXCEPT IN THE LIVING ROOM. OVERALL, I CAME WITH A PARTY OF 14 AND THERE ARE ENOUGH BEDS FOR EVERYONE TO SLEEP COMFORTABLY. AND, THE HOUSE IS SPACIOUS. WE PLAN ON RENTING AGAIN WHEN WE RETURN TO QUINCY.」

「The host was so responsive to my questions and concerns throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location.」

「Great location! Owner was responsive with any issues.」

「Well represented property. Well equipped and very good communication/information provided by the hosts. We really enjoyed the backyard patio area and also the use of a BBQ. It was a perfect place to relax and for our little dog to enjoy some open shady space. Nice to have a dedicated parking spot off the street. It is well situated close to the "T" red line transit (either walking or a short drive to the park and ride at North Quincy station). We used it to travel to Fenway for a Red Sox game....

「Communication with the host was excellent - prompt, courteous, professional! There was plenty of space for our family reunion of 13 people, with two separate sitting areas so we could relax in smaller groups. The house was very clean, and we really enjoyed the updated kitchen and bathrooms. We used public transit for our local travel, and this rental is very well situated for bus access that also brings you to the "T" for subway travel.」

「This was a great place to use as our home base for a family wedding. (We were all adults.) It is close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and the amenities were appreciated. Todd and Bobbi were excellent hosts who reached out frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. As a heads up, it is a little bit of a walk to the T, but that distance was noted in the description and is totally manageable. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!」

「We enjoyed our entire stay in Quincy. Walkable to the beach area and the T, quiet neighborhood and Todd, our host, was helpful and responsive. We had up to 6 people staying in the house and we had plenty of room. Enjoyed grilling burgers on the patio and spending quality time with family for the week. 」
