  • This unit is on the back nine of the golf course with an amazing well lit back patio for entertaining. The unit has granite countertops in the kitchen with stainless appliances throughout. The master has a Queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom with double doors. The guest also has a queen bed.

We’ve normally had great experiences with Sunserra and their host Dustin. This time unfortunately ended up differently. This unit had a bad sour smell in the bedroom with the water heater and water softener in the closet. We let Dustin know this information during our stay, but no attention was made to check it out. We also did not receive any documentation upon arrival, which led to us trying to find the laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, trash bins, etc but we were unsuccessful. After thoroughly cleaning the place before leaving we obviously had trash bags that were left (3 total for a 5 day stay), which turned into the host trying to charge us 50 for removal and blaming us for not communicating with him….humm…odd because we did communicate with him about the smelly bedroom that needed a look but he didn’t feel it was necessary to do so. Anyway, as I stated before, we usually had good experiences with Sunserra, but this time wasn’t as smooth and the house needs some TLC to correct the stench.
