“Good: service, modern, stocked kitchen
Bad:
* not properly clean (for example the bed board was full of dust)
* location not accessible with a car, if you have suitcases you're going to have a bad time as there is no road
* no shampoo provided and the soap provided felt very weird - we ended up buying ourselves
* really awful and cheap towels
*poor noise isolation, we could hear the neighbours
*shower leaking everywhere on the bathroom floor”

“Host asked me to cancel the booking blaming Hotels.com for double booking two weeks before travelling. I did check with Hotels and they confirmed there was a single booking on my name and the stay was confirmed 3 months prior to our trip for 9 people. Despite the booking being confirmed, we arrived and the booking wasn’t honoured so we have to find accomodation at the last minute at 23:00. ”
