“Great front desk staff amazing hospitality team .. pool was great kids really enjoyed there time .. I even got too use the grill.. wish I could’ve pack that grill up by the way..😂😂😂 breakfast cool .. coffee really good I recommend the Robust 👌.. cool gym .. great laundry room.. will be back ”

“The property, parking & rooms are beautiful. However…my daughter and I both had the worst sleep of our life here. It was so extremely uncomfortable (bed & pillows) we were up for 2 nights. Also, we got scammed upon checkin. Our reservation was cancelled and we were never called about the card we used on file. The staff member said “oh we cancelled alot of reservations this morning. But don’t worry we’ll just rebook it for you. Someone should’ve called you”. No one called, the price was double……

“I had a long day flying and came into my room and immediately went to sleep. When I woke up the next morning and went to use the sink in the shower there was hair all over the sink and bathtub that was not mine. It was disgusting and when I asked the woman on duty about it, she said that I needed to call back on Friday to speak to the manager.”

“There was an a lot of construction going on and the rooms were not as advertised for two queen beds. There were two full beds. Overall I saw that they were attempting to incorporate changes but try not to rent rooms in a hall way where you are missing walls and ceiling tiles. ”

“Easy access and secure. Close to everything but there was broken beer bottles all.over the back parking lot that really needs to be cleaned up.”

“The room was very big and was quite clean. Great hotel just off the highway.”

“Our rooms were on the back side of the facility, and the Hwy was right behind it. They need to replace the windows with a noise control window. During our stay, it sounded as if the vehicles were driving through our room. Our room also smelled like fish. On the cabinet one of the doors was missing, the remote control did not have a cover over the batteries, the floors were sticky. I was not satisfied with the facility at all. Our first and last time staying at a Wood Spring facility.”

“Don’t book this motel ! Smell like no cleaning since many weeks, we can hear the neighbors sleeping, old dirty carpet. But the bed was comfortable.”

“The thing that was good there was the ladies in the restaurant for breakfast. They were very nice and very helpful. But don’t pay the higher price for breakfast. It’s all the same. They really need to update. The place carpets are very stained and dirty. Coming into the place to register needs a major paint job it’s like they’re just letting it go. They said there’s a pool there but they have no instructions or tell you nothing about where the pool is or nothing. They said you can order room……
