"Not a great experience. They never replied to my emails asking about facilities. Confirmation and T&C's only sent to me on day of arrival. It only took 5 hours for someone to give us a key to get in. Oh and don't forget to take your own cups and glasses to make up for what's missing. It's a great shame as if some effort was made it would be a great base for a cheap getaway. "

"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"Firstly Anni is an excellent host. Great communications throughout with plenty of ideas and local information.... and more when you meet her! We had a couple of minor issues whilst staying there, but once again she was fantastic and sorted them out quickly! The Gite is what I would describe as typical for the area. Quite dark inside, but lots of character. Clean on arrival and had all we needed. Pool was well used by us, better on hot days.... bit nippy on moderate days! All in all a good...

"Super séjour dans cette station familiale. La neige était au rdv, la météo favorable. Des circuits de balade pour aller voir les lacs (balcere et balmettes) très sympas. Nombreuses activités en dehors de ski (Anglea, médiathèque, bowling). Parfait pour un séjour en famille. Et de nombreuses rencontres avec des biches, des cerfs juste en dessous du chalet. "Un peu déçu à notre arrivée car nous avons dû faire le ménage le chalet était pas très propre à part cela il y a toujours des vacanciers qui.ne respecte pas les consignes ceci étant le chalet est charmant un peu loin du centre de la station mais les navettes passent régulièrement donc pas de souci vue magnifique beaucoup d'espaces nous étions dix personnes chalet très fonctionnel je recommande correspond exactement à la description du propriétaire pas de souci en ce qui concerne la réservation...

Un équipement complet pour 21, piscine+jacuzzi, un accueil chaleureux de Monsieur Loiseau qui n’hésite pas à répondre en cas de problème. Vue au top, localisation proche de la ville et des remontées. "From booking to arriving, the owners were super helpful, giving us loads of information before we arrived, and answering all of our questions. The property itself was perfect for us, we were 5 in total, ages ranging from 75 to 13! Plenty of space both indoors and out and everything we could think of was provided! The local shop was a real gem as well and literally around the corner. Would absolutely recommend this property"
