"The pool was ok but there’s no shower near by the pool to take a shower to avoid dirtying the inside villa.There was a heavy water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom which was a nightmare and it happened very early morning and the water was everywhere in the bedrooms"

"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The check-in process was poorly organized, and the reception staff were unhelpful and lacked professionalism. Upon arrival, our room was not ready, and we had to wait for more than an hour. We only received the room after the hotel manager intervened. In addition, the breakfast and dinner buffets were very limited in both variety and quality, falling well below the standard expected of a hotel in this category. I hope the management...
