Room was spacious and the kitchenette was a plus. The AC worked great and it even had a small balcony. Very cozy and in a nice, walkable location.

It took us a long time to check in, receptionist on long conversation on phone and another guest waiting to check in. Room was comfortable, though bathroom small. Hotel in a good area with lots of restaurants nearby (Italian on the corner was very good). Little crockery/cutlery and utensils. Ok for our two day stay but wouldn't recommend for any longer.

The Perfect Turnaround for our Couple’s Retreat After a very disappointing experience at a different property the night before, this stay was exactly what we needed. It turned our trip around completely. We were so relieved when the reception team welcomed us and allowed us to check in early. It made a huge difference to be able to settle in and start relaxing right away. The housekeeping was also top-notch. The lady in charge of our floor was lovely and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless and well-stocked. If you are looking for a stress-free couple’s retreat with staff that truly cares about their guests, this is the place. We left feeling refreshed and very happy with our choice!

BEWARE

Decent hotel but they tried to charge approximately 80 per cent of the room rate as local taxes whereas the actual figure should be less than 10 per cent.

Appartement correct.

The room was clean and spacious. It is a fairly convenient location to the tram and main roads to grab a taxi. The furniture (like the dressing cabinet) is a bit wobbly. If you book with Expedia, make sure you are clear about what is covered and what you paid ahead. When we got there, we were asked to pay an extra hotel fee that was not mentioned anywhere in their pricing. They said it is like a city/property fee that we had to pay per day and per person (including kids - and we learned that kids below 18 should not pay it)
