Pleasant apartment with two beautiful terraces in the heart of Rabat

Ideally located in the city center of Rabat near historical and tourist sites, this duplex apartment benefits from two magnificent terraces planted with trees and flowers. The apartment is composed on the 1st level of an air-conditioned living room of 33 m2, a corridor, a 14m2 bedroom (bed 160) with its bathroom/wc and a second 9m2 bedroom (bed 140) also with its bathroom/wc. The bedrooms and the living room open onto a 35 m2 terrace. The upper floor consists of a 20 m2 dining room (air-conditioned) opening onto a second terrace of 35 m2, a kitchen of 11 m2.
So that you can make the most of your stay, we guarantee you real hotel services: from the breakfast service (included in the rental price), to the daily cleaning of the rooms and the whole apartment, everything will be done to make sure that you have a 'real' holiday or a pleasant professional stay. Our 'little extras': comfortable bedding, quality household and bathroom linen, mineral water in the rooms, shower gel and shampoo in the bathrooms. On request you can also discover the Moroccan gastronomy.

Un grand merci pour l'accueil, le sens du service. Nous étions comme à la maison avec des vibrations autour de nous qui reflètent le sens de l'hospitalité et la chaleur des propriétaires. Il aurait été difficile de faire mieux. L'appartement est idéalement situé. Bon nombre de sites touristiques peuvent se faire aisément à pied. Nous avons pu découvrir Rabat et ses environs avec beaucoup de facilités. L'appartement est situé dans une rue à sens unique. Dans un quartier très sûr. Les deux terrasses sont magnifiques et l'appartement est decoré avec goût et est très fonctionnel. La literie est de qualité, nous avons bien dormi. Les propriétaires ont été à l'écoute et Souad et Mouna ont tout fait pour que notre séjour soit parfait. Merci à elles pour leur gentillesse et leurs sourires Nous garderons cette adresse précieusement. Merci Philippe et Brigitte.

Cannot say enough about this fantastic place in Rabat!! Great location to walk around or grab a quick cab if necessary. The staff are just endearing and are fantastic cooks! The meal they made us was perfect!! The balcony (2 levels) are gorgeous with so many plants. Hosts are very responsive! And thank you for the Books Phillipe Highly++++++ recommend! Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce magnifique appartement meublé avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipé et où l'on se sent tout de suite chez soi. Les deux très belles terrasses sont vraiment appréciables. L'appartement est en outre très bien situé, de nombreux commerces et le centre-ville sont à proximité. Le plus de cette location: le petit-déjeuner et le ménage sont assurés par deux dames dont la gentillesse et la serviabilité sont remarquables...

L'appartement est bien situé, dans une rue calme de Rabat, des épiceries et cafés et un restaurant se trouvent pas loin de L'appartement ! L'appartement est impeccable, le petit-déjeuner était très appréciable. Mouna et Souad sont très agréables et serviables ! Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour sa localisation, propreté et son hôte qui se tient à votre disposition si vous avez des questions.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The host can help arrange a private taxi from either Rabat or Casablanca airport, which we utilized. There is a helper at the property during part of the day - she preps the complimentary breakfast, cleans and will do your laundry but stays upstairs so the presence wasn’t intrusive. Highly recommend this property for your visit to Rabat.

Appartement magnifique avec une qualité de service d'un hotel 5*. Situation géographique idéale, proche du centre ville, dans une ruelle très calme. Les terrasses sont superbes et permettent de profiter pleinement de votre séjour, qu'il soit professionnel ou touristique. Les personnes qui s'occupent de l'appartement sont aux petits soins. Cela fait des années que je viens dans cet appartement et c'est à chaque fois un immense plaisir.

Vraiment à redire sur ce tres bel appartement sauf peut-etre le matelas dans la plus petite chambre. Les 2 terrasses sont magnifiques et vraiment parfaite pour y passer de tres agréables soirées. Souad nous a été d'une tres grande aide et tres dévoué à nous aider.
