「Am Ankunftstag wurden wir vom Vermieter vertröstet, dass wir nicht 16 Uhr, wie vereinbart, sondern erst 17 Uhr in die Wohnung können. Als er 17 Uhr noch nicht an der Wohnung war, rief ich ihn an. Er wollte uns weiter auf später vertrösten, doch wir wollten nun unbedingt die Ferienwohnung beziehen.
