"Property smelled like dead animal, mold and too much bad air freshener. The only elevator wasn't working upon atrival. Room floors& shower werent clean. Absolutely no funiture or places to hang things in the room--just a bed. Everything had to be placed on the dirty floor. Shocking!"

"A+ all around! Amazing breakfast buffet, and great location if you’re using the eurostar train station, EUSTON national rail station, or local underground stations, (Russell Square is closest)"

"We were told we could have a nice upgrade for $200 with a nice view. Our room had a view of the train and nothing else. It was very disappointing and we felt swindled. I would not stay at your hotel again. The staff were not overly pleasant either. "

"Room was small but well designed to make good use of the space. Literally the only negative is I don’t like to sleep in beds up against the wall, a personal preference which won’t worry everyone. But that’s the only gripe to an otherwise excellent hotel and stay."

"Room was nice and clean/ big, shower was good .. bed was a little hard but slept well . It was just the little things that was missing like hand towels (only one dressing grown) no bin liner and no sugar for tea and coffee so just the little things were missing. Little fridge was a nice surprise."

"Wonderful location with just a couple minute walk to Russell Square Station (Picadilly Line). The room was clean and a decent size for London. Breakfast buffet was delicious and good value. Just be careful with the shower flooding because the water pressure was too much to handle all at once for the drain. There is luggage storage which is great but was annoyed that I had to take out and toss my sealed water bottle I just bought out of my backpack pocket in order to store."
