Although the room was smaller than what I’m used to and was windowless, it was perfect for just a couple nights rest. Loved the modern look of the room, it had great shower pressure, and was very clean. Also can’t beat the location, it was right by everything in Leicester Square!

The staff is very nice and professional Prem helped me - and it only took literally 30 seconds to check me in and give him my key. I couldn’t believe it. It was awesome. I stayed at Leister Square in London. The rooms are very clean and perfect for one or two people I’ve stayed all over the world in the nicest hotels and this place have the softest towels and the best toilet paper and a great bed All the cleaning ladies were so nice and I honestly can’t wait to use that place again The price was great too, and not really couldn’t believe it Thank you guys so much!!

The location was very nice , close to everything and felt very safe. Morning breakfast was also very nice and all the stuff were so nice and helpful. We used the family room and it was decent space and was very clean . I cannot think of anything bad about this hotel and I can highly recommend it to anyone I know. This was a really great location to be in, just off the main road but not loud, very accessible to walk around or take the train. Staff were professional, cafe downstairs was nice and clean with good food. Got an upgrade and the room was very spacious

Excellent location near to theatreland - the hotel is in excellent condition. Every member of staff we spoke to was really helpful and efficient - top marks for the staff. The only downside, is that the rooms can be very small, so you need to be aware of this. ok for a night or two but less comfortable for a longer stay. In a room with no window, it took a little time to get the temperature and ventilation to the right level but it was fine once we were familiar with the system.

The location of this place is phenomenal. Since the main train the underground from London Heathrow downtown is under construction I had to take two other trains that were super easy. I took the Elizabethtown line and I changed Paddington and got on the bakerlou line and continue on to Charing Cross. And I popped up and I was just a couple blocks away and my Google maps took me directly there. My room was clean. Plenty of hot water in the shower. The location was very close to Phantom of the opera which I saw. And there is a 24 hour restaurant where you get free food and wine 24 hours. It was amazing and too bad. I was only there 24 hours. Hahahaha.
