2/10 Terrible

"I am writing this So that no other traveler should have same TERERBLE experience like we had. THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL that we ever stayed. We paid $ 375 dollars for two. Nights. This hotel looks like almost like grand B& B look outside and they have high grading from travelers. I really can’t understand how they obtained that. We stayed for 2nights & this is what we experienced. No hot shower & shower handle was very stiff I reported this to the staff. No rèponse,, no fix. I couldn’t take shower for two days. SO glad , Radium hot spring was near by. Bathroom sink was SO DISGUSTING too. AIR CONDITIONER was making so much noise. The control botton was almost crumble when I try to push. Finally I had to stop using it! BREAKFAST was so horrible too. It was UNBELIEVABLE!!! 😩😩😩 We used EXPEDIA many times. I wander whether consumer could trust your rading & Keepon on using it! IT SEEMS TOTAL wasting !!! MY OPINION IS This is one ⭐️HOTEL !!!"

"I guess it's hard to complain for the price they were asking. But with that being said the room was old and run down, the vinyl plank has come apart and I wouldn't recommend walking in unit without shoes on. Both the fridge and air conditioner was very noisy and made it hard to sleep. Next time I will pay a little more to stay at a better motel."

"Found it strange to have signs up saying if you did not wash your coffee cup there would be a $25 charge. Pots and pans but no stove?? Turned on the air conditioner (which was almost useless) and blew a breaker when the wife used the microwave. It was clean and almost comfortable. Did not try the breakfast… started too late for us"

"What we liked: Although our room was on the second floor, we could drive up and around to the back so we could park right in front of our door and not have to take any stairs. The room was pretty clean and comfortable enough. There were a couple chairs on the balcony so we could sit outside. This may sound a bit weird , but it was handy to have a shelf/nightstand on both sides of the bed we used (and not just one between the two beds in the room). What we didn’t like: We stayed for three nights and expected staff to come daily, at the very least to check/take garbage, refill coffee supplies, and remove dirty washcloths. The last night we went to the office (which was in the hotel across the street) to get some and learned that they only do that upon request of the customer. Had it been stated somewhere, we might not have felt so annoyed. The screen on the bathroom window was almost completely torn off."
