“Property was clean, the hosts were welcoming, friendly and thoughtful. It was exactly as advertised, quiet and conveniently located for the places and facilities we wanted to visit. Local pub was just a short walk and served good food. The property was easy to find given the scafolding currently around the main house, but may be more tricky to locate when this is removed. “Very comfortable B&B apartment with sweet Christmas decoration. Have washing machine and drying machine, good for long time journey. Beds are comfortable. 5 mins walk to big supermarket. Within 10 mins walk to Roman Bath and City Centre. Carpark lot provided free of charge, just around the corner. Apartment locates on the second floor, have to climb up some stairs, but it's ok. May have a bit noise when cars drive in the front road in the morning. Grab up the keys from another location which is……

“Checking in to the property was easy and the room was clean and the kitchen well stocked with supplies. The apartment block however was incredibly noisy as there was a lot of street noise and noise from within the building from upstairs. The bathroom had horrible hospital flooring and the sink and shower were very small. The bed also was incredibly uncomfortable as the mattress had been worn down on one side leaving a lump in the middle. I also paid a little extra assuming I would have the room……

“The property was very clean with all amenities for a vacation. Eva and the Team, provided everything you required for our stay. Check-in details was provided in advance of arrival and was clear to o tain the keys. The premises is sutuated close to the city centre and other amenities. So walking is an option if able. I am already planning a return trip to Bath wuth the family and will definately be booking thos premises. Hopefully it will be available for my return trip. Thank you Eva and……

“A most pleasant and pleasing stay overall. Great location, clean and stylish. The only area needs improvement is check in time (4pm is too late) and no luggage storage prior to check in (especially when check in time is so late). ”

“Cheddar and the surrounding area is such a lovely part of the country and the Gatehouse matched that. The bed was large and very comfortable, the lounge perfect for snuggling away the evenings and the shower particuarly good! Parking also could not have been easier. Do note though, a lot of the roads in the area are narrow and twisty without footpaths so a small car is preferable and beware when walking them.”

“Lovely new flat, well stocked and comfortable. The living room is rather small, tight for even one person. Overall was a great stay, only disappointed that the taxes and fees are so high, and that I did not receive the check-in instructions in advance so I had to reach out to get that just before I arrived.”
