“This was an amazing Riadh! We had an excellent stay and the staff were extremely accommodating. We first arrived too early for check in but they still prepared our room and let us in early. They gave us great food recommendations as well. The staff, especially Mohammad who works the night shift, was extremely kind! He constantly checked on us and even prepared us breakfast for our departure. The room was extremely clean and well kept. The location was a 100/10, super close to Jemma al Fnaa……

“Marie and Herve the owners were wonderful going the extra mile to make our stay so comfortable. Right from the start from arranging a pick up for us at the airport, the taxi dropped us off at the Square in the old town were his partner puts our bags into a cart and took of through a maze of alleyways in the Medina to beautiful doorway. When we went in what a wonderful place decorated beautifully more than I expected from a Moroccan Riad. The breakfast which was included was cooked fresh everyday……

“Clean place. Staff is helpful. Connectivity is extremely poor. The place is accessible only on foot through very narrow alleyways. We had to manually lug our luggage 2+ flight of very narrow stairs. No elevators available. Room was extremely small. 1 single bed and 2 twin beds pushed together to made into double bed. Small, narrow, extremely hot room.”

“Staying at Bliss Riad was a delight. From the very beginning when Farooq came and picked me up and helped me with my bags early in the morning, I felt welcomed and was set right at ease. Farouk made sure that all my needs were met all the days that I stayed. He was so gracious with me even when I had to wake up super early to go on a tour and leave my suitcase with him somewhere safe. Zineb, made my breakfast platter each morning, and her smiling face lit up my day. She helped me learn Arabic,……

“We had a great stay! We had four people, and everyone had their own room, bathroom and queen bed. It was quiet, away from all the noise of mopeds and late night stalls, and you couldn’t hear the prayers. Location was great, close to the square, many restaurants, and the souks! Abdul was very helpful, as was the rest of the staff. Breakfast was delicious and on time every morning- Hyat was so nice and accommodating. The rooftop was very nice, as was the plunge pool inside. All the tile……

“The staff were fantastic and helped to organise a doctor when we got sick from eating elsewhere. The location was spot on to be in the heart of the medina but down a side alley so quiet. Our tv did not work but WiFi was great even on the roof terrace by the pool. Have already recommended it to friends. A special thank you to the man that chatted to us by the pool each day, I’m sorry I can’t remember your name.”

“In my short time there, I had a few things happen and staff was helpful and fixed my problems, Namely, I dropped an earring down the bathroom drain and they were able to retrieve it - This is not something most properties would care about trying. I loved how attentive the staff was and I can’t wait to be back!!”
