"This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel, and on this stay I was here for one week. Hotel is truly outstanding. It has wonderful public spaces, clean rooms and extremely helpful and friendly staff. The location is excellent with lots of local shopping and restaurants available in the same complex, if you decide to eat outside the hotel, it’s a short ride in an Uber or a taxi to downtown Taipei, or further a field as the hotel is above an train station. Moreover, relative to downtown hotels, it represents excellent value."

"This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The value for the price is exceptional, especially considering the wonderful selection offered at the breakfast buffet. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Nangang. Thank you!"

"The staff were wonderfully trained and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were attentive and helpful, especially with the shuttle service between the hotel, the MRT station, and even the High Speed Rail station. The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the on-site restaurant also served delicious food. There is also an on-site laundry facility. Tip: bring your own laundry detergent. If you purchase the liquid detergent pack from the hotel, make sure to cut it open and pour it directly onto your clothes; otherwise, the pack may remain unopened during the wash."
