「This 2-level apartment is simply incredible, it was even better than the pictures, and it had all the appliances one might need. The host Olga, was so great about answering all our questions even before our stay started. We had a slight hiccup with the washing machine, so Olga was kind enough to send our laundry to an outside vendor and have it ready for us the same day. They say they will call you right back you don't hear from them in 2 hours. Once they never called back at all.
