We are stayed there 3days all time when we open rook door after many try open or again call for housekeeping then send key to reception also towels conditions not good also no tissue paper there in room when we ask they are replying we not provide tissue ….really sad for this service…😔

Property didn’t take American Express and didn’t notify prior to my arrival. There was a party going on just below my room. The hotel needs to do a better job with ensuring guests can get a good sleep.

The staff is absolutely lousy. Took them forever to get me an iron, not sure if they even bothered to send me one. There are no universal adapters in the room, I guess it’s now about time you have at least one universal power plug. Breakfast was also equally lousy,

Good location with good shops in near vicinity. Bell boys were very friendly and helpful. The food available in the hotel is 24 hours In their restaurant. It is yummy and too good and they can make according you your taste is spicyness. The reception staff were was very accommodation. The Gujarati thali in the afternoon should not be missed. Eat as much as you want. They provide a lot of varieties. I will be back there.

We had our private driver who was denied use of dormitory due to lack of bedding and was not allowed to use his own in his car or to remain with his car overnight !!!

Romm had cooking smell, were moving furnitue upstair hence vetpy nossy, noise from some furnace or something running. I asked for diffrent room but was told that Expdia qualifies for onlr first floor room. In shot, not a good experiance. We left forDelhi this morning

Having stayed at their sister Hotel - Silver Palace - since 1996 - on almost every visit to Rajkot, I expected the Imperial Palace to be much better than it actually was. The Room allocated to me was right by the elevator. while not a problem in itself - it did tend to be noisy at times. The room itself was comfortable - however, not updated in amenities as such. The Staff was the real disappointment. Check in was fine. Check out was a disaster. Having to catch an early morning flight, i requested that the Front Desk, send me the bill an hour before I checked out. I was informed that this wasn't possible and i could only be presented a bill after I vacated the room. Well - I did - and waited for 30 minutes to check out at the Front Desk - mind you at 5 AM - with no one before me or after me. Stood there while the Front Desk Rep fumbled his way through my check out. eventually I had to leave without a bill or a proper check out. Giving him the money he requested coz he couldn't figure it out. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Not to mention rude.

Bed was very firm; bath tub had cracks and ceiling needed painting. I woudnt rate it 5 star. Also my wife’s expensive makeup went missing from bathroom. We reported it twiice. Non of the management cameback to us. Also complimenery ironing is only one of. Food was nice .location for shopping is great:
