Hi Gladys, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear you weren't happy with the breakfast options. Hilton Garden Inns do not offer breakfast as standard like some other Hilton properties do. We hope that you will consider staying with us in the future.

Jim, we are so very sorry to hear about the inconveniences you faced during your stay. Just a few notes: Hilton Garden Inn hotels do not have breakfast included with guest stays like many other Hilton brand hotels. Unfortunately this decision is made by Hilton themselves and is not up to us at the hotel level. During your stay the roof was undergoing necessary work which required us to block the main entrance for guest safety. That being said, the secondary entrance is only a few feet from the main doors. I understand that it can be difficult to navigate during construction but these factors are again, not in our control. I do hope you will give us another chance in the future

Hilton Garden Inn hotels offer a full cooked to order hot breakfast at a cost specified by our property instead of a free limited continental breakfast that other brands may offer.
