Neighborhood restaurants include Crawford & Son, The Stanbury and hand crafted chocolate Escazu, Sites not to miss: Krispy Kreme: and the Mordecai Historic Park:

Avenged Sevenfold Raleigh 2024
I went to Raleigh to see my favorite band. The property was back off the main road so there was some privacy but everything you’d need was within 10 minutes or less. It was a cozy tiny little studio but if you’re by yourself or even with 1 other person, it’s comfortable for a couple nights. I’d stay here again. It was quiet, I slept in a Murphy bed for the first time ever so that was cool & overall, it was a great stay with great vibes. Nobody bothered me. I had no worries.

Neat to have a cool little studio like this as a rentable property! Note to Expedia users: The confirmation email said that I would receive communication from the host before my arrival, but I think that must have gotten lost somewhere along the way. I was on the phone with Expedia multiple times on the way to the property, and they were of absolutely zero help. No one could figure it out. I had to look up the host to find his contact info because it was not provided by Expedia. You may be off renting this directly on Vrbo.

Absolutely great little Gem Hidden in plain sight. Perfect for a trip to North Carolina, close to downtown and most main highways. The Host were spot on with the details and personal touches. Lots of thought went into the design that you will appreciate.
