The property was clean and neat with everything you would need for a short or a long stay. Felt like a very safe neighborhood. Nice big TV! Communication with the concierge was excellent- they checked on us throughout the stay and responded promptly to our questions.

1. VRBO states all fees are included but after booking and when I could not cancel, the "host company" added daily damage charges of 29/day or a 500 7-10 day hold on my credit card.2. Upon check-in the apartment reeked of marijuana (in a no-smoking apartment) and was filthy. Debris on toilets. Sticky goop on kitchen table. Unvacuumed rooms. Silverware was in drawer with food on them! It was awful. Bar cart is covered in dust/grime. We cleaned immediately. Host offered to send cleaners but we were there with our dog. 3. There is not enough seating for the number of guests it serves.4. 2 towels and 1 washcloth for every 2 guests is not sufficient.5. Host did answer questions but I will NEVER use this company again--and they offered a 100 credit. I would not stay if it was free.
