Country getaway

As a family of 5 traveling Europe for 7 weeks we chose to break up our city stays with a nature refresh and are so very glad we managed to find this place; it's secured the best house of the trip rating from the kids! It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed to cook or own meals. It's handy to a lot of sights and great walks, and waking up to a green view from all windows was fantastic. Highly rated for a country escape.

Family Vacation

Our family of 8 (parents/grandparents/teenagers) enjoyed our stay. It worked well having our two teens sleep on the converted sofa in the living room. Annette made sure we were aware that there was only one bathroom but were able to make it work taking turns. There was also a sink in one of the bedrooms which helped. It is a beautiful area but we unfortunately were not able to take time to explore it as we had a busy schedule. The pool table was a hit with everyone! There is a washing machine for clothes but no dryer. Annette was able to assist us with drying our clothes, which was appreciated!

Ein eher unbekanntes touristisches Klenod....

Die Ferienwohnung war Ausgangspunkt vieler Wanderungen im Luxemburger Müllerthal, einem eher noch unbekanntem Kleinod für Wanderer. Abgelegen in einem Tal war die Ferienwohnung idealer Rast-und Ruheplatz für 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Wunderbare Landschaft, Bach hinter dem Haus und nette Gastgeber. Was will man mehr....

Sehr sauber. Freundliche Vermietung, unkompliziert. Besonders schönes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Billardtisch. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: im Wohnzimmer ist es zum Lesen abends etwas zu dunkel, hier wären zusätzliche Lampen eine Idee.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend

Die Wohnung war sauber und es standen sogar zur Begrüßung Sekt und Obst bereit. Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Wohnung ist eher abseits daher sind die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas weiter entfernt, das wurde aber schon in der Anzeige der Vermieter beschrieben. Alles in allem perfekt für einen Urlaub zum Erholen. Gerne wieder.

Urig, gemütlich und besonders

Wir waren zum Kurzurlaub da und ich brauchte die Hälfte der "Küchentasche" nicht auspacken – alles da! Die Wohnung ist genauso schön wie sie auf den Fotos aussieht, gemütlich und mit dem Billardtisch bietet sie für Erwachsene und größere Kinder viel Abwechslung für gemütliche Abende oder einen Regentag. Zur Begrüßung warteten auf uns Obst und eine Flasche Sekt, Dankeschön!

Cosy accommodation in the country side with a hunting vibe

Spacious, clean and quiet, we had a great stay despite the awful weather in December 2019. Mr and Mrs Schmeinke were very welcoming. The Christmas markets in the neighboring towns and the city Trier are amazing. The owners hunt and transform game meat. Pâtés and steaks make for great souvenirs in my opinion, but (warning) one should not be repulsed by hunting when staying there.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben 3 Nächte in der Südeifel verbracht, und uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, toller Empfang mit Obst und Sekt... Von Kaffee, Tee, Gewürze, .... ist alles vorhanden. Brennholz für den Kamin inklusive. Einkaufen muss gut geplant sein , da in der Nähe keine Geschäfte vorhanden sind. Wir kommen wieder!

Absolut toller Kurzurlaub

Das Objekt ist in einem fantastisch gepflegten Zustand und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Für Naturliebhaber ideal, da inmitten der schönen Südeifel gelegen und insbesondere wenn man (einen) Hund(e) hat, kann man von dort aus direkt schöne, ausgedehnte Spaziergänge unternehmen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und und ein tolles Wochenende verbracht.
