"My experience at the hotel was terrible. The hotel staff did not allow me to checkin for my confirmed reservation. The hotel confirmed my booking over email, however when I showed up at midnight to checkin, the front desk did not offer a room. Instead they asked me to call someone from the hotel management to re-confirm my booking. I was in absolute shock that I had to manually call someone and confirm the room in the middle of the night. Luckily after a few harrowing minutes the management was able to sort out the issue and offered me a room. In addition, the power went out in the middle of the night and the whole room, hotel building and the neighborhood was in pitch black for 10 to 15 minutes until the power was restored. "

"Had a nice stay. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained and comfortable. The staff is courteous and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast had a good variety and everything was fresh and tasty. The spa experience was also good, it was relaxing and professionally managed. Overall, a great stay and strongly recommend for anyone visiting Kakinada for business or pleasure."

"This hotel is pretty accessible right next to the railway station. However, it’s too noisy place. You could hear announcements from the railway station from within the room. There is a banquet hall in fourth floor. Any noise from fourth floor drills down to third floor and it’s absolutely hard to sleep when there are weddings, especially there are night weddings. There is also slight cigarette smell. They changed my room but always ask for non smoking room."

"Water kettle does not work. On request, they replaced after few hours. There was no hot water in the shower and after repeated requests, they fixed it. Room service was very bad. Food was very bad and they blamed it on festival rush. "
