Don’t be fooled with a 5 star rating of the resort. Neither facilities nor services meet 5 star standards by anyways. They don’t care about their guests, we were 3 adults forced to sleep on queen bed and asked to manage as other guests manage too. Otherwise pay hefty amount for a mattress overnight. Why would you take a booking of 3 adults higher than for 2 adults for the same room when you already know three can’t sleep on one queen bed. Misguiding customers to pay more for mattress. Rude staff, breakfast options were below par. Not many options available. Staff hunted guests to somehow get 5 star ratings and write review on their own.
