「Set in a stunning location, beautiful building but tired, with repair issues, such as bathroom sink and sash window lock, both broken. Also had problems with Key Door Pass, which had to be rebooted after several failed attempts to get into room.
Breakfast superb, excellent quality but Spa booking disappointing as full and no reply to my enquiries.

「Room was newly renovated and very spacious. Gym and pool were excellent, best gym I’ve ever seen as a hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we slept awfully, the hotel/room above us was so noisy. All we could hear all evening and through the night was the tv, banging and snoring. 」

「Room was spotless and appeared to have been recently decorated. Unfortunately there were cracks in the sink and the hotel generally looks a little tired.
The hotel staff were amazing … all so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Particularly Aziz at breakfast and the wonderful bartender Mal. He couldn’t do enough for us, moving furniture around and asking us if we wanted any particular music to be played. He really went above and beyond to make my 89 year old mum’s evening. 」
