Many items in the room are not working properly, message light on the phone kept flashing in the whole night, shower tap was broken, WiFi signal suddenly stopped, a/c not cold enough. Staff level is not sufficient , I waited for few minutes to let receptionist to answer my call and waited 20 minutes to receive my bath robe after I order it. But staff seek actively to offer service recovery, one of the receptionist recorded my issues encountered and voluntarily offered me a drink but I rejected as I was in rush. I deeply appreciate their actions.

Worth n excellent hotel

It is clean and the best facilities one I can say in this budget range, compare with all the hotel I have been to. Nice swimming pool and sauna, steam room and gym. All Room are the same size, but fair enough with good facilities. If you enjoy the spa enjoy would you stay inside the room?

The hotel is in a great location and its good overall. We chose it for the pool but be aware if you have children, theres specific times that you can use the pool with them. Its a bit of a downer as you only get 2 hours in the morning and maybe 3 in the afternoon on the weekends. And there is a limit on how many people are allowed in, so if you go to breakfast first, by the time it opens at 8, you might have to queue up until people come out to go in. I get why, but its still not great when theres a time limit on when you can use the pool with the kids. And also theres swiming lessons going on during this time, so theres a bit of the pool that you cant use either during "kids time". There was some sort of issue with the towel delivery so there were no extra towels nowhere (including the hotel) except for people that used the spa and the advice was to go get your towel in the room. Unsure if it was a fault with the system or someone messing with the fire alarm, but it went off randomly on friday and then again saturday night. While there was an announcement on friday saying it was a false alarm, this didnt happen on Saturday, so went all the way down from the 5th floor with small kids in toe as well as other people just to be told it wasnt real.. lifts werent working so had to climb back up. Breakfast was good.

We received a room upgrade as the hotel was quiet. Room is clean and large. Negatives were the hand wash and shower gel had run out and the coffee machine wasn’t working properly. All first world world problems and we could have got it sorted but we were only here for one night… Restaurant was nice and food freshly cooked. Good hotel in the city.

We recently stayed at this hotel largely due to its close proximity to the Christmas market and our desire to enjoy the swimming pool and spa facilities. Given the cost of the room, I felt compelled to write a review. We had a family room, and check-in was prompt. The room was clean and of decent size, featuring a powerful, hot shower that was a delight. The bed was comfortable, and my son was happy with the sofa bed. Temperature controls in the room worked well, and noise levels were low, contributing to a good night’s sleep. Albeit, there were no extra pillows readily available. We only had two English teabags in the room, and as tea lovers, we had to request additional bags, which the staff provided promptly. We also found only one teaspoon available and had to retrieve another from the dining room. Breakfast was excellent, with a lovely selection of hot and cold foods. The staff were helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, we had a good experience. However, given the price, I expected a few more amenities: two teaspoons in the room, more than two teabags of English tea, spare pillows, and bathrobes, especially since guests may visit the spa. My wife use the Sauna & she found the sauna temperature warm not hot, she enjoyed the temperature of the steam room.
