「We were in for a family event for a weekend. We had a very nice stay. The owner might live in the residence most of the time, but she was in a separated upstairs when we were there. Very pleasant. The house is very old and charming. A real relic! Some renovations have been made but some updating needed to be sure. It’s a nice neighborhood and a very large and livable space for a sizable family. Everyone was comfortable. Thank you!」

「Localização excelente para quem optou ficar fora de Manhattan. A 100m da casa consegue se ver uma vista magnifica da grande metrópole. Bom sistema de transporte público (onibus) com tempo médio de 25 min até Port Autorithy (a poucos minutos a pe da Times Square). Proximo da casa tem mercados e drogarias. As fotos refletem o que é o imovel e a limpeza é boa. Em resumo, um bom custo beneficio.」

「We really appreciated this apartment while traveling with our toddler, who was quite overwhelmed by the city. It was such a quiet, spacious, calm place to return to. We could have used a curtain to better block the light for sleeping and a sharper knife (we must be the only people who cooked so much during a stay in NYC...as I said, our kiddo didn't love going out on the town), but other than that, the stay was perfect. Thank you!」

「Unsere Urlaubswoche war sehr schön. Großer Tisch zum Frühstücken mit großer Küche. Ausreichend Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Jeden Morgen sind wir mit dem Bus (200m bis zur Haltestelle) nach Manhatten Port Authoritiy ca.40 min. 3,5$ gefahren. Das liegt unter dem Times Square. Abends zurück. Der Bus fährt alle 20 min. oder sehr oft. Ca. 13 min. Fußweg durch den Park ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Ich habe jeden Morgen Brötchen geholt . (Was die Amerikaner so unter Brötchen...

「Nice place with access to patio that is perfect for morning coffee. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Hudson River and great views just minutes away. Bus stops close by. Just allow extra (!!!) time when travelling bus 22 to Hoboken during rush hour. Futon recommended for children or small people.」

「My family was down for the Spartan race weekend. The property is in a perfect location for proximity to the mountain, as well as Beaches and playgrounds for the kids. It comfortably fit four adults and two kids, and the fenced yard was great for the dog. Michael is a thoughtful and responsive owner, and we are looking forward to staying again next time we are down.」
