“I stayed two nights in a private room, the ladies on reception were so friendly and helpful with helping book my activities, they’ve really created a welcoming and chilled vibe. The kitchen and outdoor area is lovely. There’s everything you need both in the property and nearby. It was very chilly at night but was provided with extra blankets, the strong wind was a little noisy with plants hitting my window but I didn’t mind and always take earplugs in case of outside noise. “Located on the edge of the main town, greeting was warm and full of smiles which was followed by extensive information on the facilites and of many local excursions - we booked a local night walk which was perfectly managed. Room was compact but roomy enough to relax with a small open balcony. Breakfast was hearty with 4 or 5 options alongside unlimited beverages - local juices recommended. “We absolutely loved out stay at Senda Monteverde. The grounds are gorgeous and have access to a beautiful hiking trail just out the back. They have a new pool and hot tubs that made our experience even more relaxing. Their restaurant is delicious. We ended up eating there for multiple meals and were happy with our choices every time. The staff were all extremely helpful and kind. They are very thoughtful and helped us with any bookings we needed. We needed a ride to the airport at 2am and……

“We had a very nice visit the 4 days we stayed. We booked 3 large rooms with Expedia with much better pricing than directly from hotel. The place is charming and peaceful. The cleaning is not consistent and they don’t have enough white towels as I was told to provide everyday. The front desk Diego and Francisco can improve customer service skills.
